Sergio,the funny thing about SKI,is the fact that investors always say," wait until the winter,then the price will increase". Bottomline is,typically these "Ski" companies report their best earnings in the first quarter and second quarters,it will be interesting to follow the stock for the last 2 quarters. I also think the downgrade(Morgan Stanley) to neutral,was by one of their underwriters-not a good sign,Bank of Boston must be pretty upset as well..DD PS: to quote the MG analyst "In a research note, she cited expected delays in real estate deliveries and a looming possibility of negative earnings surprises over next few quarters for the ski-resort operator."
