I sure hope that's not the case. I hope that he really wanted some input from somebody who speaks the lingo.

I suspect that he was more surprised than I was at the number of competitive Workflow products that are out there. I knew there were some, but the number of products and the depth of their technology has increased quite a bit in the few years that I've been away from daily involvement in competitive situations.
