I am basing it on current estimates, and I don't know if the analysts have included any of the above in their estimates...if they have, things are worse than they appear. I also don't think that by taking a small stake in a overpriced internet stock qualifies DIS as an internet stock or will even have much impact on their long term growth rate in the near future.

I still have no answer to my original question...how to justify a price of 50 (post split) which some on this thread have touted. I still think that we will see lower prices on DIS in the coming months, but that is based on traditional valuations, which this market doesn't seem to care about.
