Hi Rich - don't see too much of a downside at the ipo price. But then, WDIK! But you will certainly build some "good faith" equity. I mean, like Tim said, even if you can flip it, your chance of getting another ipo will greatly diminished. Guess this is what they call "take the bad with the good!" :)
