There is no need to assume cause from an effect unless there is a link that is inescapable.

On the other hand, whatever reduces CRP may also reduced inflammation and plaque.

When I first started studying this matter, I had thot that the inflammatory shool of HD were probably just grasping at straws. This was a theory that went back to the 17 century. But now I am not so sure. It makes sense, and seems to tie in with those whose BP is out of whack from an overactive endocrine or parasympathetic nervous system.
