LIAR. The FBI proved just the opposite. This is a perfect example, folks, of rightwinger smearies repeating lies in order to try and trick you into thinking they're true. Like remember how they said Gore claimed he "inveted" the internet"? Now they want to convince you Kerry was a radical who took part in violence in the anti-war movement. In fact a two year Nixon/FBI surveillance on Kerry (started because Nixon was afraid of Kerry's political skills, not because Kerry had done anything wrong) concluded that Kerry was a "moderate", had nothing to do with any radical protests and quite the VVAW whose leader called John a "conservative" compared to the rest of them.
