300,000 bopd divided 60/40 = 180,000/ 120,000 rather than 200,000/ 100,000. I'll try to find out more if possible. IPC's Block 5A will probably not have use for as much as 100,000+ bopd pipeline capacity as early as 2000, perhaps not even in 2001. Not to mention the French and Chinese blocks. This means some (or most) of the excess capacity will be available to the Arakis consortium during 2000/2001. How soon will they be able to use it, from the beginning?
