Doug and Ivan:

PETD---

I first discovered it in IBD when it was 2 and a little bit.
It is a nice little W Va gas co. who at that time had only 30 or so employees and was concentrating on growing and doing a pretty fair job.
I traded it on my T A figures and only kept track of the F A in a prefunctory manner.

I now make the comment that S I is an invaluable tool in the small time investors arsenal.
The 56 threads being a case in point-----good, timely, and prolific information on a lot of stocks, and worthy of much consideration.

Upon reading the comments on the S I thread for PETD , I came across an iformative item that the price of the stock mirrored the well head price of natural gas out of Louisanna.
I have since misplaced URL for that information, but IMHO, the F A of the stock dilution appears to now be the driving force in the decline of the price.

Doug, you do an excellent T A job and I have no basis to disagree with your comment that something probably is lurking behind the techincals on PETD.

The full impact of the secondary offering, or whatever it was called to dilute the shares is taking it's toll.
I depend on my T A analysis for all my market decisions and will not operate without them. So, I'm not denigrating TA by any means. And I realize that even though it takes a half hour or so to perform a T A, the underlying F A is even more time guzzling a factor, when done in a proper manner.

I traded PETD five or six times in the last year and some, but quit when it got above six (it had gotten away from me and I don't like to chase )_..

Just wanted to throw in the info bout PETD and the wellhead price in La, and to wish ya'll all a good time at the seminar..

Regards---Nemer
