Zitel's short interest increased again last month. As of 5/15, the short interest was 5,451,669 shares vs 4,480,908 on 4/15. This represents a 21.7% increase in one month. I guess the bearish sentiment on Zitel keeps on increasing. I still don't see how this company can remotely begin to justify their market cap. I'm looking forward to reading the 8-k statement. I don't see how somebody can call Zitel's management "smart" when apparently they screwed the shareholders with the private placement. I guess will know more details when the 8-k comes out.
