PC,

Let me answer two questions. 1. What do I think the stock is worth if earnings are 5 or 6 cents a share? 2. What do I think the stock price will be if earnings are 5 or 6 cents a share?

1. At my estimated 8 cents, I see IOMG fully valued (after earnings) at about $26 and would be looking to buy some more below about $19. For a company this size, I would like the P/E based on trailing 12M to be about half its estimated growth rate for the future 12M. (For those interested, that's enough info to figure out what I expect in the next 12M. I'll leave the numbers out.) At 5 or 6 cents, depending on what revenues look like, it might still be fairly valued at about $20. In this case, I don't think I could buy more until after Q4 results.

2. I really haven't got a clue. Matter of fact, I don't have a clue what the price will be no matter what the EPS comes in at. Anyone that has this answer is a liar.

Unless Q3 is a total disaster, my plan is to hold at least through Q4.

Good luck,

Rod

Long on IOMG
