It is only the business of stock holders what the officers that run the company do and how they perform their jobs.
I have been dealing in the computer industry for 30 years and most companies I know use outside consultants and a variety of other parties to consul;t with etc.
I do not think youi really understand in this world of companies downsizing and limited payrolls that most companies use outside consultants or I would not make a living.
It does not matter to me what role anyone plays ion this company if CASHCO succeeds, grows and makes profits.
Who knows Tony may be an alias for Bill Gates, gee would that not be interesting if Microsoft or Bill Gates or Oracle had desire to get involved with CASHCO.
I can only imagine how high the stock would go then.
Now that I think about a lot of companies have people from other
companies connected with them.
Maybe CASHCO is really a potential major company and a company like MICROSOFT, ORACLE, SUN MICROSYSTEMS, IBM ETC,ETC, ETC. just does not want to show their involvement as of yet.
Who knows I surely do not but what a surprise the stockholders would have then. the stock would probably be several dollars a share.
Again I suggest let CASHCO build a company and stop trying to destroy or harrass them.

You desire legal information and I understand CASHCO has agreed
through their legal representative to answer any questions.
If their lawyer would not answer your questions then you have agripe.
Again I state your only purpose it seems is to harrass and create chaos.
I would hope you understand people in business use lawyers and pay them to deal with stockholders.
Be reasonable and show you have common sense.

I did not state any of those companies were connected with CASHCO.
I only made a comparison and tried to show that many questions get involved with smaller companies for many, many reasons.
Cashco is actually trying to buy and build a company in the software industry I believe.
Who knows they may just be negotiating with companies that have state of art technology.
Most software products today are developed by private individuals and small companies that are willing to make deals if you can get to them.
For all I know CASHCO may be working with brokers and people bringing them companies with great techology.
Companies like Microsoft, Oracle Sun MicroSystems are just to big to deal with the little guy.
If you will remember Jobs invented the Apple Computer in his garage, and most companies laughed him out the front door.
It is companies like CASHCO that can get communication with small companies that big companies do not deal with.
Most large companies will not even talk to these companies.
And believe it or not that is where most technology comwe from little people and little companies.
Bill Gates was a small guy. His mother knew people at IBM in Boca Raton.
I would be willing to bet a lot of money that CAASHCO is on the look out for many new and innovative products in the software industry and just think how well the stockholders will be rewarded because they took the risk and were willing to get involved where the big boys do not tread.
Remember the old saying Not invented here nmost big companies will not even talk to someone that would call them and say I have a great idea.
If it was not for people like CASHCO to get involved then an awful lot of great products would not ever be created or marketed.
having dealth with software programmers for over 30 years I can assure you they are not easy to communicate with and they are very naive when it comes to marketing ro selling. they are technical people that in many cases can not communciate with business people.
It takes companies like CASHCO that will get involved with these technical products and can develop and market them to bring new and exciting software products to the fore front of industry.
Who knows CASHCO may have other products they havce not disclosed
as yet that some major company may have an interest in.
Neither you or I know what contacts or people CASHCO knows in industry or what sources they have in the software industry that just may have some real contacts with the major players oof major compaanies like MICROSOFT, SUN, ORACLE, IBM, ETC.
For what ever your motives It takes nine months to have a baby.
Give CASHCO at least the same chance as a woman having a baby before you criticize.
All that really matters is they are doing something positive and tring to build a business and make their business prosper.
I could really care less who they use directly or indirectly to accomplish their goals.
Every body deserves a chance. Like Frank Sinatra let CASHCO do it their way.
