That is well and fine. With a strong leader in the Whitehouse we would have no problem implementing the policy of retribution. But what if someone like Kerry were the occupant? You know he would never authorize any military conflict that was not in France's economic interest. It is better to have no policy, but make sabre rattling statements alluding to similar ideals, than to have a policy that we are unwilling or unable to implement. If you wish to earn my respect, do what you say.
