Richard,

I am only quoting the tax laws and nothing else!

I know I feel cheated watching and waiting for earning the last couple of quarters only to find out they were incorrect. A lot of people including myself look at these numbers and make a decision buy, sell or hold! How can these decision be made if the information about earning is incorrect. I hold the management accountable for this disaster. Many people held because of the numbers. If the truth were known they might have sold and bought other stocks and made some money.

I have no doubt this company will be still be around in one form or another in the future, but shareholders do have rights!

Carolyn
