dawn.com Islamabad pledges not to export Nuclear technology Good Idea, otherwise it will reap the wrath and fury of Israel and its natural & staunch ally, USA VIENNA, Sept 28: Pakistan reaffirmed Tuesday its commitment to nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, saying it had shown great restraint since the tit-for-tat nuclear tests with India last year. A Pakistani official also reiterated Islamabad's pledge not to export nuclear technology, although he criticised restrictions on exchange of information and technology between developed and developing countries.
