Well, the math is quite simple;

- add 50 million people to the system

- do not add any doctors, nurses, equipment or hospitals

- force hundreds of billions in annual cost cuts

- raise taxes on the "rich" to attempt to achieve a couple hundred billion a year in "estimated" increased costs

What do you expect to get?

- instant rationing due to lack of capacity

- massive cost over runs instead of any savings

- a huge shortfall in revenues because the "rich" cannot/will not bear that burden

- entire health care system strained to the breaking point

- rationing no different than Canada or Europe

- trillions more in deficit spending due to cost over runs & decreasing revenues

- higher taxes for everyone

- more rationing
