TRACK DATA RELEASES NEW VERSION OF PALM PILOT APPLICATION
FOR myTrack MEMBERS WHO WANT WIRELESS ACCESS

TRACK DATA TO BEGIN SHIPPING PALM PILOT VIIs NEXT WEEK

NEW YORK, NY-February 10, 2000-Track Data Corporation
(Nasdaq NMS: TRAC) today released a new version of its PDA
web clipping application, version 1.1. Among the new
version?s enhancements: it allows Palm Pilot users to view
the same stocks they follow on their myTrack monitor pages
and allows them to view more trading-related information.

"The improvements in the 1.1 release are going to make using
the Palm to access myTrack an even better experience for our
members," said Barry Hertz, Track Data Chairman and CEO.
"myTrack members like to stay connected to the market and to
their portfolios. Wireless access to myTrack via the Palm
means you?re always connected."

The 1.1 release comes on the heels of Track?s successful
discounted Palm Pilot VII program. Track has already received
over 500 orders for Palm Pilot VIIs and will begin shipping
next week. Track announced January 26th its offer for myTrack
members with a trading account to purchase a Palm Pilot VII for
the discounted price of $299. The Palm Pilot VII, a product of
3Com Corporation (Nasdaq: COMS), retails for $449.

To access myTrack from a Palm Pilot VII, users can download
the web clipping file at mytrack.com. Users
of earlier model Palm Pilots who have modems and want to access
the myTrack online trading system to obtain quotes, place
trades, and check positions can point their browser to
quotes.mytrack.com

Current myTrack members with a trading account can request a
Palm Pilot VII by sending an e-mail with their name and account
number to palm@tdc.com. People who are not yet members can open
a trading account by going to mytrack.com and
clicking on the "Open a Trading Account" button.

Because of the strong demand for $299 Palm Pilot VIIs, Track Data
is making them available only to myTrack members with trading
accounts. Track Data is also limiting the offer to one unit per
household. The Palm Pilots are being supplied by J & R, a leading
distributor of computer and home entertainment equipment.
