WWC of North Charleston posted an apology to its own Facebook page, saying it is "truly disappointed and sorry that any guests of ours felt disrespected or discriminated against," and promising a "thorough investigation."


The right thing to do. One sour puss customer and a stupid racist manager should not be able destroy a national franchise.

I think the apology was in order and the offer to a free meal was correct also. I would refuse the meal also and wouldn't go to the restaurant until it demonstrates they have corrected the problem, which would include firing the manager and providing the necessary training to its franchise managers.
