Russ--- if cpq has only disappointed you ".....about 30 times .." it is evident you are looking at a year or less. Hang on there will be many more the longer you hold... The IRS may consider special tax incentives for those holding cpq longer than 1 year. They may allow one year of 100% deductable,for each one hundred shares owned of all, funds shareholders paid to their shrink or bartender. There are additional incentives for each year held beyond the first.....
