dave s, since greenspam has been spamming the world with greenbacks for so long and causing asset inflation i think that money IS KEY. it is the engine driving this little gravy train. the concept is cheap money chasing too few stocks. cce growing at 6-10% and trading at a 60 pe? amat trading double its 1996 low when they are now earning less, have lower revenues and the outlook is "unprecedented?" ge trading at a 32 pe when their growth rate is 1/3 that? ad nauseum. these aren't fundamentals, they are fumblementals - and the root cause is too much money. take away the cause...
