Hi Thread, I have been reading Ascend thread for the last 2 months. I am a new member to SI. My name is Vin Pai. I am an independent contractor working at Silicon Graphics, Mountain View developing Oracle/Web applications. I am a day trader. I have subscribed to QuoTrek. So far I made lot of money day(week) trading ASCEND. I have been testing the following strategy: Buy shares (in large quantity) 3 days before the earnings and sell on the earnings day (before they announce the earnings). So far I am very happy with the result. I made good money with Microsoft, ASCEND and so on. I want to buy World Com. Any feedback from the thread is appreciated. Vin Pai President Vinsoft, Inc
