Z, Things are in place to improve the performance... the question is whether or not they'll work and I'm the last person to know if they will or not. We all know what is important and what the stakes are. Profitable is a moving target these days and that only exacerbates the problem because what is profitable today is not likely to be tomorrow. The best you can do is pull out all the stops and try to be as profitable as possible, but this usually affects time to market and that affects profit as well... it a matter of the dog chasing its tail... Will it ever catch it? Honestly I don't know, but it's not for lack of effort. Chuck
