Well-regulated is not a riot. It hinges on Trump. If he calls out a well-regulated militia to hold an election, I guess he'd get a quorum. A stupid frustrated riot is useless. Trump is tasked with defending the constitution. He needs a well regulated militia to do it. Local crooked kleptocrats will use their local police to oppose the constitution. So the militia needs to be martial lawed into place. If Biden really thinks he won fair and square he'd support a vote to increase his support even more in the disputed states for an all-time record victory. Every vote could be watched and counted with 5 watchers. No middle of the night computer crooks. Mqurice
