donsurber.blogspot.com Concede only that Trump won A month before the election, Pew Research told the truth about its poll. It said 50% of President Donald John Trump's voters intended to vote in person, while only 20% of Biden supporters would.
That meant on Election Day, President Donald Trump would roll to a second term, and he did.
It also meant that Democrats would have to crank out fraudulent votes, and they did. Not only did they manufacture mail-in ballots, but they rigged the vote counting.
There is no reasonable explanation for the gap. Republican voters tend to be old and white -- the very people who are not venturing outdoors.
And they are the very people who would crawl over broken glass to vote for Donald Trump.
But President Trump stands tall amid calls to concede from his enemies and those who want to destroy our constitutional republic and replace it with a banana republic. Those enemies of America include Mitt Romney and anyone who has defended as free trade Red China's devastation of our economy.
The Washington Examiner reported, "The Trump campaign issued its first independent filing with the Supreme Court on Sunday, in hopes of reversing actions taken by Pennsylvania's high court.
"The campaign aims to reverse three Pennsylvania Supreme Court cases that changed the state's mail balloting law immediately before and after this year's election."
Yes, the court is led by John Gacy Roberts but there are 5 sane judges who still believe in the Constitution. Surely they will take up the case.
Be positive because the alternative is grim.
When the fake president-elect said Republicans want to put you in chains, he meant Democrats. Chuck the Ferret Todd let the rat out of the bag.
News Busters reported, "Chuck Todd Touts 'Truth & Reconciliation Commission' for Trump."
Let the show trials begin.
Concede nothing to these people who oppose 3.5% unemployment and the 15% increase in household incomes in the first 3 years of the Trump presidency. The do not want to Make America Great Again.
And that includes all those corporations running pro-BLM ads.
None of them ran MAGA ads because the companies sold out to Red China. Apple makes most of its junk in Red China, not America. Ditto Nike and on and on.
These companies also promote covid 19 as if it were the Black Plague. After nearly a year, 1 in 1,000 Americans have died of it -- fewer than die of cancer or heart disease.
Richard Bledsoe calls this -- quite accurately -- the Invisible War.
He wrote, "This war is the remaining free people of the United States squaring off against China, and really most of the rest of the world as well; even many of our so-called allies were conquered long ago, through the insidious corruption of the globalist administrative classes. The liberty of the United States is the final obstacle for the New Dark Age they lust for, where the Aristocracy of the Well Connected wield unaccountable power over masses of cowed serfs. Read up on the Great Reset, if you have any doubts about the horror, suffering and destruction our betters intend to inflict on the rest of us.
"2020 has shown me that moment Ronald Reagan warned against, the rise of a generation that would accept the extinction of liberty, could be right now."
It is Red Dawn but instead of using the military, Red China used our culture, our education system, and our economy against us. The biomedical warfare of covid 19 is pure genius. The virus does not destroy us. Our fear of the virus is. As FDR said, "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."
Red China learned that today's Americans will gladly trade hard-won, God-given liberties for a little security. TSA taught them. Our fear of another 9/11 has led to TSA groping us at airports and the FBI spying on us.
We do not protest, even when the FBI spies on the president.
But there is hope.
Steven Hayward stands head-and-shoulders above his colleagues at Powerline in his belief in President Trump. He sees hope where others see despair. (I have told readers not to despair and that I will tell you when to despair. That times has not come.)
Hayward wrote, "Some day I believe honest historians (both of them) will conclude that Trump’s administration was the most consequential and effective one-term presidency in American history, whose legacy will last for a long time. The best comparison would be Lincoln, who never got to serve his second term. Most one-term incumbents who are defeated lose because they have been abject failures, which Trump most assuredly wasn’t (which is why, unlike all past defeated incumbents who lost votes, Trump got 10 million more than his initial election).
"Trump may or may not purposely dominate the political scene in the background as Teddy Roosevelt did from 1909 – 1912 and then run again in 2024, but I argue that Trumpism will dominate the scene for a long time to come, and that any successful GOP presidential nominee will need to be a Trumpist. I go further, in fact, and believe the shuffling of the issue map and the realignment of voting coalitions are as substantial as FDR and the New Deal — and it took FDR four terms to effect that change."
While Hayward lacks the confidence in Term II that I have, he will get there. He is a bright man.
And if readers get a little down, I suggest they visit Citizen Free Press. (Well, do that regularly no matter what your mood is.) Kane is the Matt Drudge of Trumpville.
Biden predicted a hard winter.
If so, we are the Winter Trumpers, gathering in our Valley Forge where we will soldier on -- stronger and better than before.
But this battle is not over until we say it is. January 20 is still a long 30 days away.
