I've always said that Israel has a right to protect themselves from attacks. But that right does not extend to bombing civilians.

With Israel's capabilities they can monitor movements by Hizbullah rocket teams and take them out. If a rocket is fired on them they need to fire one back, right to the place the rocket was fired from. Save to say there should never be a second rocket coming from that team. Yes do what you need to do to disrupt attacks. But clearly Israel has gone too far.
