What do I think of this?

You do remember those 4 M Intel warrants @ $2.50 a piece. They need 20% of Intel chipsets to have RDRAM memory controllers in order to be awarded. It seems to be what is meant by this clip. Please note this is for optional video memory not for required base memory.

The interesting fact about it is that Intel can meet their target of selling RAMBUS chipsets, when the i830 supports PC133 for main memory.

Intel has been selling on and off these video RDRAM contorllers for video for over 5 years. If my memory is not failing me, the LX chipset about 4-5 years ago had a 8 or 16 MB orginial Rambus memory module as an option. This goes back before 1998 when people like myself were doing searchs for RMBS based products and you would always hit upon this SKQ. As the trial has revealed. Intel has been given warrants for RMBS stock ever since the 486 computer.
