I think the oil majors probably trade where they should, but some other smaller players seem to anticipate lower oil prices an lower earnings with it.

CVX for example trades around 11x this years earnings and 10x next years, but of course much depend on how the crude prices develop. SU on the other hand trade at 9x this years forecasted earnings , so a bit cheaper.
