I can't imagine a bigger moral hazard than this. Incentivize more income-depressing activity so people will send their kids to college for free. What possibly could go wrong?


We have talked here before about how cheap federal loans allow schools to jack up prices. How much will tuition be if the govt is paying 100%? 32 new diversity deans, each with a staff of 40.
