a few situations not anticipated by Trump:

1)courts either refused to hear cases, or slow walked the hearing

2)legislators are not exercising their power to certify, decertify or refuse to name electors due to election irregularities.

3)MitchMcConnel has done a backroom deal with Pelosi to ensure the Biden electors are counted, making Biden's election a certainty.

It looks like the deep state has won unless the electorate find a way to stop the steal. Trump needs to make sure a special council is set up to investigate election fraud.
