Georgia Pacific Securities Michael Park 1 (604) 668-1800; individual "has left the industry" according to voice in telephone. Midland Walwyn Ian Rutherford 1 800 694-0212; number works but individual was away from office. Midland Walwyn Byron Stanley 1 (604) 640-6568; number no longer in service. Scotia McLeod John Weisgerber 1 (604) 857-1830; Number is no longer current and has been changed to a toll-free number. Individual is still around and also was the originator of this thread. Union Securities Brian Kuhn 1 (604) 691-2896; "He's no longer with the firm" and is now at IPO Capital. disclaimer: hold a position.
