For those of you here who have made the effort to follow the rules on this thread, thank you. I think you've all made a very good effort. Considering what we see elsewhere on SI I'd say you've all been very civil- and when I say civil I don't mean "nice"- that's a silly thing to expect- I mean that you've tried (and succeeded) in acting like adults (which I assume most of us are), and adhering to the minimal social norms we expect of adults- who do not, at least in my social circle, drop down to the level of middle schoolers when they get mad. I don't expect much of civil behavior- merely that it is the kind of behavior you would use in public, if you were actually accountable for your actions. I think everyone still here has done an excellent job of meeting that bar.
