Donald, thank you for the articles. I saw no products or anything in the production stage. You can correct me if I did see something. There are many research products like this that never work out. I would like to point out to you that this an alloy, as compared to a III element to IV element compound. In other words it seems to me it will not have the atomic consistency of reproduction of silicon or GaAs. The articles predict production in 96 and 97? I really have not researched this at all. There are still problems like this with Silicon today but we have come a long way. Good Luck Best Wishes Jerry
