The basis of today's promo is contained in the Sept 1 NR, and excerpt of which follows: For the past while the Company has been holding discussions with a European group regarding the acquisition of a number of new technologies. The first opportunity to be discussed in detail is the exclusive Canadian rights to manufacture, distribute, sell and sub-license a unique electronic printed circuit board technology. At present, the Company is conducting a due diligence review in order to ascertain the relative merits of the technology. Negotiations are currently at an early stage and if successful, and subject to regulatory approval, any announcement would constitute a change of business. The Company will provide additional details assuming the due diligence review proves successful. Rumours today would suggest an acquisition is imminent. Whether this proves to be reality or fantasy it's nice to see there's still some life left in this puppy. Kevin
