Brian and Sherri: Welcome to SI and the thread. I somehow missed the Playboy article :-) but am impressed that new investors would pick this stock instead of say, AOL or LU. I'm not sure daytraders are known for researching stocks they jump in and out of. They just try to catch stocks that have a certain volume and momentum. There's an interesting column by a technical daytrader on www.theStreet.com by Gary Smith that I enjoy reading. (It's a subscription site for $99 [might be cheaper now] a year that was founded by James Cramer, who you've probably seen on CNBC.) Some resent day-traders because they can cause violent price spikes and retracements but I personally think they make things kind of exciting. I'd love to know how many true day-traders actually make good money in the market. Anyway, welcome and good luck to you.
