I live in Denver. Liquidity will still die at 2pm Mountain time. Sounds kind of like "flex hours" in the workplace.

Westerners have a different market schedule. I know folks who are up every day at 3am to get ready. Sure it would be nice to shift that to a more convenient time but liquidity is king. All you have to do is watch the PSE from 4p to 5p Eastern to see what the future will bring.

Also want to add that the extended hours are anti-family when you think about it. Many of us have spouses and children. Extended hours have the capacity to hurt those relationships if the currency markets are any guide.
