I'm sure TR can answer better than I, but I'm gonna stick my oar in the water and give you my understanding of the situation. Several insiders have exercised options/warrants, giving themselves a bunch of shares at a cheap price. They have EARNED them, having gone thru bloody hell for several years, just to keep the co. afloat. (They were advised at one time by consultants to just bag the whole thing, which the stubborn SOBs refused to do, therefore getting us to where we stand now. The thing is, these folks owe taxes, RIGHT NOW, on the difference between what they paid for these shares(.08) at conversion and the then market price. In order to pay those taxes, they sold SOME shares, just enough to cover Slick Willy's bite. The rest (most) of their new shares are to be held for now, perhaps to be sold down the road at higher prices and for LONG TERM CAPITAL gains. Responsible opposing viewpoints MAY be considered, as long as they agree with me :)
