Mr. George Gilder (of photonics and tripling/year fame) mentioned LSI favorably (and others) in connection with combined logic - DRAM chips: techstocks.com Maybe one of these days the 8.1 million usable gates in LSI's current chips will not be enough! (And cynically maybe this potential "competition" is why INTC likes Rambus so much. No can't be...)
