NW-- Insider info is often of little use. About all I find interesting is the amount bought on the open mkt and at what price. If there are all sells and no buys it raises a flag but from Zacks,,, % of insider ownership is sometimes telling. Discounting the options exercised they sell until the 23 range and buy on the open mkt. So, indications are a 20% return at 28,,, also a huge resistance area..
