He is very successfully bankrupting the coal industry. And the hoops that any mining company has to jump through to open or expand a mine are prohibitively expensive. And this applies to all mines, not just coal. If he is successful in destroying the coal industry, this country is going to see economic devastation that is unprecedented. OK, go for it.
