unions talk about giving up wages and take increase in health plans... so don't tax them.. huh,,,, the reason they took extra health care coverage vs wage increase was to avoid state, fed income tax,, soc sec , etc... it was pay increase not subject to any taxes.. so take home pay would be much larger than any wage increase.
