Who is going to investigate and charge them? The Democrats in the FBI and DOJ? They're the same people who couldn't find a motive to the Scalise shooting where the guy had a list of GOP reps in his pocket.

Nobody was ever going to be prosecuted because the DOJ is rotten, and the career prosecutors make the charging decisions.
