We have a Water Mafia here in Nevada City California! It's great! These guys have it made! I call them Jerks Every time they come to collect money from me with a BaseBall Bat! I look them in the eye. All 120 pounds of self . And say! You are a jerk! They look at me and just tell me they are going to turn off the water unless I give them 12 dollars! 12 DOLLARS!! Can you FREAKING BELIEVE THAT!!! HAHAHA (70 year old men with nothing else to do with themselves) So I write them a check! Then they come back next month. They send out memos everytime it rains to tell everbody that it RAINED and they couldn't drive their TRACTOR AROUND! It's great! Those Fliers probably cost 150 bucks every time they send them out but it sure is worth it when they inform me 3 days after it RAINS! Thank God for the WATER MAFIA! I don't know what i would do without them!
