I think there is a subtle point in anti-trust that opposes vertical tying whereby an incumbent cannot squash ...

This is exactly what i warned of previously. We rely on an "old" set of rules. Those are being decimated. Some of the anti-trust issues takes years to litigate and often flow through the Justice system. Who controls Justice?

They are going to remove any impediments from doing what they want.
