Dear Robert,

If it is like you say, that the contracts will need to be negotiated individually, then this
can't be good for the company. If I were short this stock, I would be very afraid of the
"silver bullet". What they offer is a temporary employment agency for as many
COBOL programmers they can hire. >>

I agree with you that the solution to the problem is labor intensive and margins will be low if you have to do everything manually.
But this problem is so huge that it can not be handled manually. We had discussion about this in the past. Programmers are limited in there ability to process the no. of lines of code.
On top of that we are already feeling the shortage of programmers. I have just read an articale in San Jose Mercury news regarding that.
Now imagine an auomated tool with close to perfect accuracy. That is what we need. Although lot of work will be required at the front end and margin for the compnies who do that may be low but margins for MatriDigm will be high.
You pointed out that MatriDigm will become a temporary agency for programmers but if you check there job opening you won't see adds for 100s of programmers. They are perfecting there solution. The solution being automated margins will
be in the range of 90 to 95%. If you check BRCP's agreement with MatriDigm you will find that they the cost of processing a LOC is expected to be around a few cents.
This tool has been varified by the likes of Kevin Shieck of first looked at it and was amazed by its capability. It has been confirmed by Viasoft's interest in it, Nevada's agrement with Zitel and other vars of MatriDigm.
Sure agreements with more well known vendors will further confirm the validity of tools. Right now this is enough for me.
.You can say that I haven't seen that but it has been publical stated by people like Bill Esping, James brady. If you think that all of the parties are part of a scam then you are welcome to do that.
I am investing in this because I think there is truth to it. I am not recommending any body to buy or sell like many others of are coming up with strong recommemdation every other hour.
Zitel hasn't delivered yet, Thay have publicaly stated that they are technologically late but are still ahead of the market.
I am investing in this stock based on the future earning potential. There is no gurantee of anything but I am confident in my investment. I don't want to go over every other deatil that has been discussed on this thread in the past.

Good luck to those who have started to realize that there is a Y2k problem. I am sure pretty soon we will also see that Z/Md has one of the best solution out there.

Good Luck to all
Regards.
