It will be interesting when the States announce their new guidance. This is actually something new for the States (maybe not confidence building!).

This is from my last correspondence with the VP of Regulatory affairs (a couple of weeks ago):

To be honest, releasing guidance of this type is relatively new for CSBS. We have formed a working group consisting of representatives from the CSBS Regulatory Committee and AARMR members. This working group is finalizing our guidance and deciding upon the best manner to distribute the guidance to the states.

There will be a press release issued when we release the guidance, and both the press release and the finalized guidance will be available on our website. Currently, there is no way to track the status of the guidance online. Our working group is meeting regularly, and we hope to have a finalized draft soon.
