That documentary really lays the blame for the addiction, homelessness and murder right where it belongs................ at the feet of the leaders of the city of Seattle. They should be ashamed of themselves, but they aren't because they don't have a conscience. The legislatures in Olympia could fund the facilities necessary to deal with this problem but they don't have the will. The poor and addicted have been abandoned by the people who claim to have the most sympathy and empathy for them.
