No, they still exist. To be sure, the Arabs wish that Zionists don't exist anymore.

The Zionist mission is far from over because the Zionists still have to accomplish the realisation of Eretz Israel (Greater Israel) that in the vision of Israel's first Prime Minister, Ben Gurion, stretches to the lands astride the Litani River in Lebanon and to the Euphrates River in Iraq.

The recent war in Lebanon was, no doubt, in partial pursuit of their dream, and so is the war in Iraq even though there is no apparent Zionist involvement there. It seems to me the war in Iraq is also in pursuit of Eretz Israel when one realises that the US and Israel have been working in cahoots ever since 1948.

It was said that the war in Lebanon was planned years in advance by the Zionists and they were waiting for some excuse to set it off. Their powerpoint presentations of the war scenario indicated the war would succeed like success. Too bad the Zionists were embarrassed and humiliated by Hezbollah. Oh well, the best laid plans of mice and men oft go awry!

A Zionist once told me there is essentially no difference between a Jew and a Zionist. While some orthodox Jews may occasionally condemn/decry the actions and political agenda of their Zionist brethren, they share with the Zionists their objective of creating a safe country that Jews of all descriptions worldwide may call their home and return to it when it gets too hot in their "temporary" home abroad.
