Jim, sorry you decided to you had to sell but I am encouraged that someone was willing to meet your asking price of $2.75. Hopefully something newsworthy will occur real soon to get things back in gear. Having said that, hasn't anyone driven by the site yet to "observe" whatever might be occuring? <g> John
