By regulating I mean that Janus should at a minimal, understands the supply/demand issue well.

Jan,

I wish I had learned the supply and demand issue much earlier last year. It is clear to me now that those that control the float control the price.
I believe Janus has large enough position that they can control the price to a reasonable extent.
