I cannot imagine that it would be prudent to attempt to take 2 mid sized companies at the same time. If the writers for theStreet.com knew the difference between ATM and DSP, I might give the rumor a grain of credibility. However. . . Just the same, I've heard other names connected to ADI, so I certainly wouldn't rule out the possibility of a buyout. Poor Lucent, if they bought every company rumored to be interested, they'd make the Titanic look like a leaky rowboat. :) Later --- Pat
