Yesterday I showed the Specialist Short Ratio, which has moved up from 38% five weeks ago to 55% this week. That is a big turn in sentiment. In seven weeks, we've seen Investor's Intelligence bullish percentage rise from 39% to 52%. There's not just statistical, but anecdotal evidence, too. Didn't we see Gail Dudak get tossed aside from the "Wall Street Week" elves for not joining the bullish party? And Abby Cohen quietly notched up her S&P target again yesterday. There is certainly a great deal of bullishness around; you do not have to go very far to find it.>>
